Payment Terms

Haus Solis Designs accepts payment via ACH, credit card, and Zelle. All credit card payments are processed securely through our client portal. A processing fee of up to 2.9% may be applied to credit card transactions. This fee reflects our actual cost of processing and is waived for clients who choose to pay via ACH bank transfer or Zelle.

Invoices must be paid in full prior to the start of any design work or product purchasing, unless otherwise noted in writing. Payment due dates will be clearly stated on each invoice. Late payments may delay project timelines.

Limitation of Liability

Haus Solis Designs is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of this website, inability to access it, or reliance on its content. Use this site responsibly and at your own risk.

Governing Law
